Enjoy endless hours of fishing in RivierPark Maasvallei on the banks of the Meuse, next to the gravel lakes, and at one of the many fish ponds. The fish stock in the Meuse has markedly increased in the last few years. Currently, more than thirty species of fish including the common carp, common roach, perch, pike, common barbel, and eel can be found here.
Several guidelines and rules regulate fishing in the Meuse for the protection of these species. Each area has its own rules and can be requested from the local municipalities.
